I work with businesses and non-profits that market their products and services to healthcare provider organizations, pharmaceutical companies, health plans, and other healthcare services vendors. In most cases, I collaborate with the marketing and/or sales team to plan and develop copy and content. I also work with marketing, advertising and PR agencies that serve healthcare clients. Each quote depends on the unique scope and terms of the project. Pricing also reflects my experience in the healthcare industry as a writer, marketer, sales representative, and nurse. I strive to make sure my rates are competitive and fair – clients find my pricing to be quite affordable for the quality and results they receive.

Turnaround time on a project depends on the scope and my current project delivery schedule. I always make myself available for a discovery call to determine if we are a good fit. If your project has a tight deadline, please let me know up front – I will let you know if I can accommodate your timeline.
Please keep in mind that developing quality content does take time. In general, I can deliver within a one- to four- week turnaround. During busy times, I may book out 1-2 months in advance. Prior to starting your project, we will agree on a deadline, and you can trust that I will meet that deadline.

For deliverables over $1K, I ask for a 25-50% deposit before kickoff to reserve the time needed to complete the project. Depending on the size of the project, the balance will be billed in milestones and/or when the draft is submitted to the client. In general, payment for deliverables under $1K are due 7 business days after draft submission. Exact payment terms will be spelled out in the project proposal.
In most cases, I determine a project rate based on the scope defined by the client. However, there are exceptions where I charge hourly, such as for some consulting services and copy editing. My standard hourly rate is $125.
I aim to please! My goal is to provide copy and content that hits the mark for my clients, and I have an excellent track record for getting it right on the very first draft. However, there are times that it needs additional tweaking, particularly when the content has to go through several layers of review within the client's organization. That's why I include 2-3 rounds of revisions with every content deliverable. View my portfolio for samples of my work.
